1. The Independent Provision
By engaging with Elite Italica (eliteitalica.it.com), you acknowledge that we operate as a private, independent travel concierge and logistical consultancy. We are not an airline, we do not operate aircraft, and we do not issue commercial flight tickets directly.
Our service is the orchestration of your journey. We act as your advocate to manage third-party service providers (airlines, skippers, drivers) on your behalf. Any failure of the third-party provider to perform their primary duty (e.g., an airline mechanical failure) is governed by that provider's own terms of carriage.
2. Flight Alignment Service
Our "Flight Alignment" service is a logistical management tool. We monitor your provided flight data to realign your ground and sea transport in Italy. While we use real-time data from global flight tracking systems, Elite Italica is not liable for data inaccuracies provided by the airlines themselves.
Note: You remain the legal owner of your airline ticket. Any changes requested by Elite Italica on your behalf are done as your authorized consultant.
3. Booking & Payment Architecture
All bookings coordinated by Elite Italica require a Logistical Management Fee. This fee covers our 24/7 monitoring, rebooking labor, and local Italian coordination. This fee is separate from the costs of third-party vendors (Villas, Boats, Cars).
Payment is accepted via secure international transfer or verified credit card. Chargebacks: Any fraudulent chargebacks initiated against our management fee for services already rendered (coordination and monitoring) will be contested with full legal documentation of our labor hours.
4. Cancellation & Force Majeure
Italy is beautiful, but sometimes unpredictable. In the event of "Force Majeure" (extreme weather, strikes, or sudden airspace closures), Elite Italica’s duty is to mitigate. We will work to reschedule your private charters and villa check-ins. However, management fees paid to Elite Italica for the labor of planning are generally non-refundable as the intellectual service of "Planning" has been completed.
5. Jurisdiction
Elite Italica is proudly based in Scanno, Abruzzo, Italy. Any disputes arising from our orchestration services shall be settled under the laws of the Italian Republic, specifically within the jurisdiction of the courts of Abruzzo.
